I do hereby release and hold harmless Capoeira Fundo da Mata, United Capoeira Association (UCA), their collective Board of Directors, Employees, Agents, Assigns, and Volunteers from any claims arising out of or in connection with any workshop, class, or event of either Capoeira Fundo da Mata or UCA that may result in injury or inconvenience. I recognize that capoeira is a physical activity and as so incurs a possible risk of injury. I am willingly participating without coercion and I understand that I am ultimately responsible for my own body and mental well being. Furthermore, I understand that any injuries or damages that result from participation or involvement in Capoeira Fundo da Mata or UCA workshops, classes, or events are my fiscal responsibility.
